Ebazar Ninja — Non receipt of consignment

I booked a Power Bank foe Rs.980/-, order no. 211354
The courier company wow courier has made a fraud by showing its delivery to my address and is say that product has been by some Goldi Gupta Pan No.BMWP8128P which is not my pan No. while my pan No. is ACGPG7713A
It is therefore request that either my money be refunded or the product delivered failing which I will lodge a complaint in the police of 420
