I recd. the MI Power Bank (10400 mah) against order ID No. OID182843 on 02.09.2016. The item I recd. is without company packing box, bill, manual & warranty card. I found that the product is not as described as compared to the original at the company website & seems fake. I tried to contact you at Ph. [protected] but could not connect, even after trying many a times and days. I request them to arrange to return the item & refund my money at the earliest.
