[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Unauthenticated product working improperly | |||||
I had bought a power bank dated 27/05/2016 of Xiaomi.com but the product is unauthenticated and is not working properly. I have complained several time to the eBazar ninja but it is not taking any action. I have also registered for returning/replacement though has 5 to 7 days returning company policy and half month has passed yet no any person has not came to make it return or replace. Sir/Madam, the company is selling duplicate product and misguiding the costumer. So i request you to take the legal and strict action against eBazar.ninja Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am contacting the company since 29 May up to till now but the company is not taking any response against my complain.However whenever I try to call neither they receive call nor they try to contact the customer.Hardly they receive one call out of hundred eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
