Ebazar Ninja — Xiaomi power, bank 10400mah

I have purchased xiaomi mi powerbank, 10400mah through ebazaar vide order id: oid339284 om 03.03.2017. But after receipt of the produch, we found that this is not charging mobile properly (Ie. After full charged, the powerbank not able to charge the mobile,) within 2 min. It's charge becomes low.
So please arrange to change the product else refund the amount (Rs. 599/-).
