I ordered a mi 20000 mah power bank on this website.. There was 40 percent off on prepaid order.. I purchased it at 649 i recieved a message of order being successfully placed by their side.. But no email is recieved as they metioned in the message, no tracking information is received yet, plus their customer service section on their site is not opening at all, neither the number they provided nor the buyer protection, in short everything that they showed on their site to help customer is not working at all, i am pretty sure by now that the product is also fake. Now i cant even login to my account even though i am submitting my password and order id correctly.. I even tried using forgot password idea.. But that too didn't work, i am keep pressing submit buttons but nothing process, i try to contact them by email, but still there is no response from their side.. Please help me getting my money back.
