That i have send a legal notice to the company at the email available on there website stating all the facts which is as below;-

"this is in regard to the previous email as below in trail mail for which no reply has been send by now and order id [protected] place on 19/11/2019 for krypton lem7 4g-lte gps watch phone with 2gb+16gb+i10 wireless earpod (Eze00019) for rs.1999/- which has been paid my me. My order id is [protected]...

I have purchased a smart watch from ebazee.net site through online. After making the payment i have received an order id containg [protected] but i have not received confirmation mail yet even am not able to get login in that site using the mail and also not able to recover password most important customer contact not able to connect. Tried to send mail also still not forwarding. Its completely scam i think so.

I gave order at 6 november 2019 of frontier watch s3 which i had paid 1599 rupee online by my debit card. But it not received. I try to track my order but company did not provide information about anything so i will track it. I tried to make complaint on their costumer service center & also tried to call & mail with them but they did not respond....

I made the payment of rs 1580 for the order id [protected] and unable to contact the merchant - ebazee.net and the customer service number which is given in the website is also fake and upon investigation i came to know that it’s a fraudulent website.
Hence i would like to cancel this order and want my money to be refunded asap. Payment was done through payu gateway payment id [protected]. How come this payu gateway is authenticating...

I have ordered an item from them but that resulted to be different product from display i tried to call them but they havent replied
I ordered from them on 19 july and it was delivered on 22 july morning by ekart
The number providing by them is [protected] but that is not working i have mailed them also but that is also not replied
I want refund for the product...

I ordered mi smart band 4 original wrist band priced rs-1199 from ebazee.net. They delivered me duplicate product and defective also. When i am trying to return and get refund, there is no response from their side. They have cheated me. I want to get my money back. There are tons of complaints against this online company which i have come to know just after getting myself in their trap.
Please help me to overcome this cheating and...

Actually i am writing this not to complain regarding any kind of fraudulent activities done by them to me rather i will say you how you can be safe from such sites like ebazee.
And
Will also say you how you can •cancel an order
•get your hard earned
Money back from them
•and a lot more.
See, india is currently the biggest nation having a lot of multi national companies...

I ordered a mi 20000 mah power bank on this website.. There was 40 percent off on prepaid order.. I purchased it at 649 i recieved a message of order being successfully placed by their side.. But no email is recieved as they metioned in the message, no tracking information is received yet, plus their customer service section on their site is not opening at all, neither the number they provided nor the buyer protection, in short everything...

I have ordered smartwatch gear s3 from ebazee.net by online shopping and payment of rs.1599 has been done by credit card method.. The confirmation of order has been done by ebazee.net. But they have not given us order tracking and delivery details. We try to contact them by calling, email and in every possible way but no reply yet. Please help us so i can cancel that order and refund my money....

I ordered mi band today early morning. I haven't received any confirmation / tracking details and there is only confirmation of payment from the bank (Paytm) that i have paid the amount of rs. 1399.
