That i have send a legal notice to the company at the email available on there website stating all the facts which is as below;-

"this is in regard to the previous email as below in trail mail for which no reply has been send by now and order id [protected] place on 19/11/2019 for krypton lem7 4g-lte gps watch phone with 2gb+16gb+i10 wireless earpod (Eze00019) for rs.1999/- which has been paid my me. My order id is [protected] dt 19.11.19.

That no email has been send by you to me regarding the order and there is no way of tracking it. That only sms is being send mentioning the order id number. That the contact address mentioned in your website is not complete and the phone number to contact you has no response as call automatically disconnect upon calling after 2 ring.

That upon enquiring about my order from phone number [protected] on which the person claim to be from your company that my order is cancelled without assigning any reason. That the amount has been received and refund is not possible. That the person has been asking me details of my debit card, cvv, account information and otp received by me and to forward the message to [protected] and [protected] he send to me within 20 seconds or less. That he cannot make the payment through rtgs, imps, paytm etc and only through upi for which he was creating a upi from axis bank and after all this the person of your said that get another account and disconnect.

Because of all this i had to block my debit cards and get new reissued. This is to inform you through this email that it be treated as legal notice and my amount be refunded within a week or else i will have to approach appropriate forum to get the relief along with compensation for mental harassment and legal expense and other amounting to 80, 000."
