Ebixcash — Provided with a cash card or Rs.6000 that is not working.

I have been provided with a cash card of Rs. 6000 and it has not been working ever since. The customer care services of Ebixcash do not respond and my queries are falling on deaf years. This has been happening to me since February 2020.
