Ebiz — money deducted but not added uc.

I bought uc cash via in-app purchased in pubg mobile on 9 july via internet banking. The amount was 310₹ and 799₹,

The money was deducted from my bank account but the uc was not added to my account. The statement shows that the money went to times of money. I want a cashback to my account.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.
Could you please resolve this and ensure my purchased is carried out or refund my money back to my account.
