Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am trying to do payment for the wait list order on 26/02/2021. Vehicle no. TS36T4402. Palugula 7 stock-yard. Amount is debited from my account, but booking ORD is not done. Customer ID is [protected]. Till today that amount Rs. 13142/- is not refunded.
Sir/Madam, EBS payment ID and merchant ID is not generated. Sir I don't know customer ID linked mail. Bank statement for that day i.e., 26/03/2021 is attached for your reference.
Sir/Madam, kindly I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
