On 5th March a person has made fraud transaction using my ICICI credit card account of amount 99999/- please refund my amount on ICICI credit card.

I made an online payment ( merchant transaction) through sbi internet banking nthrough ebs ( ingenico group ) payment gateway. On 3 january 2022. Transaction date 3 january 2022. Transaction amount rs 10528.44. Transaction id igamsynsj9. Problem details- transaction was showing successful and the amount got debited from the bank account but did not credited to the beneficiary account. (, ie bhu). I have contacted sbi many times they are saying payment is successful and settled with merchant but when i contact with the ebs ( ingenico group ) payment gateway, they are saying tranaction is failed and they have not received the payment . So the statements of both, sbi bank and ebs ( ingenico group) payment gateway. Are contradictory . So contact the payment gateway and refund my amount of rs 10528.44 as soon as posssible. I have paid my application fee through ap online services on 15 November 2021. My money debit from my bank account but payment not succes, So please rectify my issue with your regards...

On 19 August 2021 611.80 rupees payment was completed till now there is no refund if there is in pay u money the amount will refunded with in 3-4 working days i am not happy with service kindly make the refund amount 611.80 rs as soon as possible never making the payment with ebs gate way because very delay for providing the refund in case of payment was not completed.

During online counselling, I paid fees 65, 433rs to NIPER via secure.apnline.gov.in and I got payment successful in NIPER website but email by EBS showing incomplete now .Please check the issue its over 1 month .No action was taken. Please resolve issue and send email showing payment complete .This is my Refno

I made a transaction of 7000 INR on 1st March 2021 to pay my electricity bills online. The amount got debited from my credit card but didn't get deposited and not reflecting as well till now.

TSMDC booking failed and amount were debited from account but order ID were not confirmed 21/12/2020

Amount debited but transaction failure...

On 24 march, i had made an online payment to fill bihar polytechnic application form, but due to some technical error the payment was not completed.
Due to which the status of my form was showing incomplete. So i made the payment 4 time, in which the last transaction was completed.
I paid 4 times because i was not getting the balance deduction message and the status of my application was showing incomplete.

But after some time i got a message in which it was written that my 3 transactions were failed

I paid the current bill for month may2019 on 1-6-19. My money (Rs.4333.90) got detected but i received the status that transaction failed. Till now i have not received the money back. When i enquired in bank, they say that payment is sucessful but by eb bill status is stlll showing the arrears amount.
Please give me a clarification regarding this.
