HI, I have purchased items from Fabindia and Kamaayurveda and both teh shipments are through Ecom express. For last 10 days the ststus is howing as Waleyar hub. No further details,
I contacted teh customer care serivice mutliple times and they simply say its due to covid situtation. not able to give any additional details.
I would like to know when my shipments will be delivered.
at least show some responsibilty to give the exactt reason for the delay to your customers pls.
