[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Non-Delivery of My Order and Unprofessional Behavior by Delivery Team

The shipment was with ecom express since 8/10/2024. Since then the shipment was processing regularly and was nothig suspicious. But the time it arrived the nearest fulfillment center the issue starts. On the very first day of the shipment when it arrived to neared cneter i.e. on 15/10/2024. The product first shows out for delivery which later turned into "undelivered" at night. after that they removed that from their website and on the next day same thing happens. This continues for some days. I even tried to contact the delivery partner by the given time but no one picked up the call. After so many failed attempts one of the delivery executive picked up the call but responded very rudely that he is not going to deliver the order as he don't have time and cut the call. I tried calling him again but he rejected the calls. i have also visited their center to collect my order myself but the guy over their denied saying that your parcel has been returned to the seller but the fact was the parcel was present over their at that moment.
