[Resolved] Ecom Express — 2 weeks over shipment not delivered | |
From last 2 weeks my order was not delivered. It always show out for delivery then after 9-10 days my shipment show RTO lock apply. When ask ecom express customer care they said you have to contact shopping for rescheduling or shipment RTO revocation regarding. Then I call shopping portal for shipment revocation they revoked shipment and reschedule my order delivery. And then again shipment out for delivery and delivery boy call me at nearly 07:00 PM and said please confirm your address I will deliver your parcel tomorrow I said okay but please deliver it tomorrow It's already 10 days delay. And next again shipment RTO lock apply again same process and shopping portal revoked RTO and now it show OFD lock apply . 😠🤬 Check attached image for order details and AWB Was this information helpful? | |

All steps taken by delivery man only Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
