I placed my order on[protected] in zoylo and the product has been started shipping from hyderabad on same day by ecom express. When i call to ecom express customer care support they have updated me that due to some techincal issue the product didn't reach to mumbai hub. On[protected] again i have called to customer care support they updating due to bad weather condition the product will be delay. The product is medicine for diabetics patient they have ensure product value to patient. They are irresponsible again they have provided me a mumbai hub contact person number bhusan, when i called him he is saying i have left the job please contact to ecom.
