I ordered this product from a educational site and it showed out for delivery on 3rd of June later i got calls from the delivery executive that due to heavy rain he is not able to deliver my product on due date so i told him to deliver it next day when it is not raining he agreed but after then i got messages of my product getting delivered but it never got delivered and i was not able to get into contact with the delivery executive . Today, when i checked the track status of my product it showed that my product has gone in rto lock stage as my location was not properly mentioned and thus delivery could not be performed but the delivery man whom i talked with was knowing where is my house . Please help me get my product delivered, i am a student and the product are the modules for my neet prep.
