Ecom Express — 7 days late by estimate delivery date but till date not recive my order and customer care also behave rudely

tracking id[protected] i have order a watch by shopclues and the order oicked by ECOM EXPRESS on 31/05/2015 and estimate delivery date is 05/06/2015 but till bdate 12/06/2015 not recive my order and when i caqll customar care they call daily tomorrow delivery but bnot again and again what can i do. i think ECOM EXPRSS cheat people and i think my money was is gone waste ECOM EXPRESS please deliver vmy order soon
