Ecom Express — about delivery service

My amazon, club factory, nyka orders were held at dharmadam ecom express office. They didn't make a call to inform me after 5 days i went to the office that is 13km distance from my home. Am attaching the office picture with this complaint. I waited 2 hours to get my 3 parcels. They don't have any idea about anything. When i ask a staff about why they are serving like unprofessional he replied me that we need 10 staff mam here only 4 staff as delivery boy that's the problem we are facing. I can understand the situation of the staff but whatever as a courier company they are responsible for customers parcel. Staff are walking on parcel. If the company can't deliver it properly then please make them stop the branch and let online companies to handover it with other professional couriers. I don't know why ecom express make customers in this dilemma. Please stop the branch service or hire more people in dharmadam thalassery branch
