Ecom Express — After completion of 28 days delivery has no done | |||
My name is Mallesh Babu and my AWB No is [protected]. On 12 th August 2021 the item which belongs to me has arrived to Ecom express delivery point at Vijayawada. From 28.08.2021 onwards I continuously contact with delivery agent, Vijayawada whenever I received message regarding delivery with Pin number. The delivery agent lift my phone only two times and Stated that the package would be delivered today evening itself. Later, from 4 th of this month onwards I continuously contact with your Ecom express customer care executive regarding delivery issue. They also told me that, they have raised a complaint with high priority and my item will be delivered as early as possible. This process is running continuously since 5 days. But no action taken sofar. My product didn't receive yet. Please take action immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
