Ecom Express — Amazon Orders are not delivered and send back to the customer without any delivery attempt

EcommExpress returned my three orders back to the seller without any delivery attempt. They returned the item when my complaint is in Place and when I contacted EcoomExpress, the Customer service team put me online for more than 40 mins and intentionally cut the call.

They were not ready to give any information about why the item has been sent back to seller.

I didn't get the answer for
why it didn't get delivered on expected date?. Amazon also already raised complaints with ecom on same regard.
My questions here
why you send the item to seller when my complaint is in place and why you updated me that item would be delivered with 24 hrs when i contacted you before it sent back?
Why local courier facilitie team didn't call me and notify me before expected delivery time and update me that item wouldn't be delivered?.
Why Ecom express didnt give response to mail I sent in this regards?.
Why Ecom Express kept me on hold in line for more than 45 min when i tried to reach you through toll free number?.
Why Ecom express team didnt give me the proper answer for the enquiry about my item and intentionally cut the call?

I request shouldn't close this ticket without providing proper answer for each of my above questions. I like hear your version fir each of the above questions one by one.
