Ecom Express — An order not received from the service

Respected sir/man,
This is at a great grievance I raise a complaint against the ECOM service as my order has been delayed and the delivery keeps providing the same reason as wrong address. They have not contacted me properly to deliver the respective product, neither where they ready to come and deliver the product at my home as promised.
