Ecom Express — arrogance of delivery guy

Got a call for delivery and gave directions to the delivery guy to bring my location...
. The delivery guy instead went to some other location and when told that he was at a wrong location he refused to come to my other location and instead took my parcel back and i can't contact him... My order status show that i refused to accept the order which i didn't..
