Ecom Express — AWB: [protected], Delivery was never attempted and now my product is in rto lock!

I am a seller and I unfortunately chose ecom express as my delivery partner, it's been almost a month now and my product didn't reach the customer nor did it come back to me! The delivery was never attempted! It's currently in RTO lock! I want my product back!!! My AWB number is [protected]. I want it delivered back to me or I'll move forward to the consumer court!
