[Resolved] Ecom Express — awb number:[protected] item not delivered

I ordered and item from international banggood site and once the item entered india, it was handed over to ecom express for local delivery. The packet with awb number:[protected] is showing as delivered on 16th october 2018 at 17:12 hrs, but it is not delivered to me. I called their contact center 4 times, and 2 times after hearing me out the agents disconnected the call saying they will raise the complaint in 24-48 hrs and for another 2 times, didn't provided any resolution. [protected] Regards, Team Ecom Express Oct 18, 2018 Updated by humans Than I must say you didn't checked your records at all. Because yesterday I called your customer helpline 6 times. And on the last call the update I got was that it was not delivered, but is being returned back for reasons unknown to me. The status showing on web is incorrect, must say pathetic service, no responsibility or accountability at all. And by the way anyone will contact or raise complaints only after checking with family and neighbors.
