My AWB no is [protected]. The tracking is showing that package was delivered on 19 Feb 2022 but I haven’t received any package till today. I complaint to customer care but helpless. Finally I got delivery guy number I called him on 25 feb. He asked me all the details. And then again I called him for the parcel today and he asked me to come to pic at his place and I refused it and ask him to deliver the product at my home then he said I can’t come to your home. I did not accept to pic the product at his place. Finally started talking some unparliamentary language and said do what ur want and I give the u your package. The truth is he took product to his personal use and thought no one can complaint about that. His name is Manohar. Worst experience for Ecom Express.
