Ecom Express — Cannot contact the delivery person

Product: Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G Stardust Purple 6GB+128GB and Redmi Earphones Black

My order was showing out of delivery and today I have not received it. Now status is showing as not delivered.
Also I received a mail - "YOUR PACKAGE HAS A DELIVERY EXCEPTION
Hi, your package has a delivery exception. Please contact the carrier at the earliest to resolve the issue."

But I cannot contact the carrier as I dont have number. Please help me out.
