Ecom Express — Complain about non delivery of my parcel [protected] | |
I had ordered a product from green go coporation and which was supposed to be delievered on 15.06.2021 but till 28.06.2021 it has not been delievered. I had seen status as customer was not available or customer refused top accept delievery. I had called customer care almost 10 times and everytime i am assured that it will be delievered in nexct 24-48 hours. Very pathetic service, no delivery boy has called me till date it can be verified by their call records. Kindly look into the matter Was this information helpful? | |
