Ecom Express — Complaining about [protected] | |
Hello sir, This is regarding Ecom Express service at our area (Chepurupalli) branch. They never deliver in a proper way and they don't try to deliver the product. Most of the times the product gets cancelled by them by saying customer not responding. Ex.. Today's case they didn't even called me to deliver but I got the message saying customer not reachable. We are experiencing such a pathetic service and such a worst service which we have never seen anywhere. I would request you to take an action on the same. Hope you understand the situation.
