Ecom Express — Complaint against courier office baramulla Jammu and Kashmir

Dear sir,
I have ordered as many products.. The bhooking of that products is going through ecomexpress courier service.. When i tracking my orders they shows after 2 3 days is at ur current location.. Sir i am talking about ur courier office delivery person baramula jammu and kashmir.. The dey person later can not deliver our products neither call us... The order shows later ur parsal has been returned... I don't know what is going with courier off at baramula jammu and kashmir.. Plz sir take strict action against them.. So that the delivery person of ecomexpress office baramula jammu and kashmir deliver our products without any regrets... Plz sir.. I request.. I don't i think the delivery person is sitting at home and not deliver our products.. Plz sir take action against them..
