I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ecom Express for its unprofessional and negligent service regarding my package delivery. My order, with AWB Number: [protected], was scheduled for delivery on 9th March 2025, but as of 12th March 2025, I have still not received it.
Nature of the Complaint:
1. Unresponsive Delivery Agent – The delivery person is not answering calls despite multiple attempts.
2. False "Customer Not Available" Status – The tracking status falsely claimed I was unavailable when I was waiting at home for the delivery.
3. Customer Support is Unhelpful – When I contacted Ecom Express customer care, I was only given automated options with no way to talk to a real agent. Instead of solving my issue, I was told to press "1" to reschedule, which is completely unacceptable.
4. Delay & Mental Harassment – The package has been stuck in transit without updates, causing me stress and inconvenience.
My Demands:
1. Immediate delivery of my package within 24 hours or a proper update on its status.
2. Compensation for the time and mental stress caused due to false updates and unresponsive service.
