Sir I have a complaint against your service. My delivery date was 4/5/2021 your delivery agent called that day and he asked me the secret delivery code and said that you will be delivered after 30 minutes of telling the code I did not tell and delivery was not done that day then I called customer care at night and complained and they said that we will take action and He said that we will deliver you on 5/6/2021. And then on 5/6/2021 i spoke to customer care 2 times before 8pm Once he said that delivery boy will deliver your courier till 8 o'clock and next time he said your delivery will be deliver in next 24 hours (meanwhile on 6/6/2021).
Is this your service? Do you satisfy your customer by giving this service. You are not taking any action on customer's complaint.
