Hello, There is complaint regarding your company return taker, I am from " Udumalpet " and I have ordered products from meeso and your return collector collected that product which was of 2 quantity in same cover, He didn't mention the quantity in it specifically so I have lost money for one product due to his mistake, Each product is of value Rs.568/-, so the total amount I paid was Rs. 1136/-, As the provider gave the product in the same delivery cover I too returned both the products in the same cover but the return taker didn't notice it and has filled it as a single product and i have only received an amount of Rs.568/- . Regarding this i talked with the Ecom branch office in Udumalpet on[protected]Today), but they responded very rudely that they cant do anything regarding this and i should contact meesho customer care . I called meesho customer care and they clearly told this was mistake of the return taker as he is supposed to mention the Quantity correctly . I want my refund amount as this is not a problem on my side . For more details you can contact my number [protected] / [protected] .
