[Resolved]  Ecom Express — complaint regarding the order [protected].

The delivery boy had been postponding the delivery of the product since 23rd march 2019. He would call me and tell that he is very far from my location and he will deliver it the next day. However, it has been 4 daya now and till now he had not delivered the product. Today morning he called me and told that he will deliver it by 5 pm but i have not reveived it till now and the status shown is undelivered. The employee name is yashavantav -006 and contact number is [protected].

Its being very very unprofessional from your end. Either cancel the product or assign some responsible employee who is intrested to work for you.

Such unprofessinal attitude is never expected from a well known delivery source.

Kindly look into it. I do not want to product and request you to look into it seriously. Tell him, if he wants to keep the product let him keep it.

Yes, I did receive the product on 29th March, however, it is not a way of making a customer wait for a week knowing that it is available in the location. The product should have been delivered last Friday itself which was 22nd of March or on 23rd March but the delivery guy had been postponing the delivery mentioning that he would deliver it the next day which did not happen for almost one week.

Kindly train your team members and try to assign to those people who are ready to deliver the product on the assigned date.
