[Resolved] Ecom Express — courier service can lost my parcel and return any cheap product | |||
My self nency agrawal. I want to complain for my product. I am re seller and i dispatch my product to my customer through ecom express courier partner. The company lost my parsal of product and last 10 days they can not give any update about my parsal and then i complain to customer care so thy resolve that u have to talk to city supplier head nd thn i talk to them nd request to return my parsal any how within day so thy can return with label of nancy agrawal nd customer name is alam ara bari but the product is change nd my product cost is 4000/-. And thn i complain to city head so thy told me that we r not responsible that u pickup wrong product. We can not check that which is ur product nd then i call to customer care so thy guide me that u talk to seller central... But why should ii talk to elanic customer care..?? Courier partner can not dispatch my parcel till date so they are responsible for this situation. Was this information helpful? | |||
