Hi, This is in regards of my courier pod[protected]. Same has been reached in chhindwara on 9th sept but still not received it. Status showing is undelivered due to incorrect address. Non of the courier boy called me. My address is between the city and at most traceable location. On this same address i am receiving all parcels with other courier agencies. This is my first experience with your company and trust me it's pathetic. While calling on customer care they have provided wrong mobile no. Of the vendor.
