I have placed an order on 08 Feb 2022 of Al Masnoon Qustal Hindi Capsule/Indian Costus root (60 capsules of 500mg) with quantity 2 packs.
As I need these medicines on urgent basis I pay Rs. 61 extra for Express delivery. The delivery date given me is 12 Feb 2022 by Al masnoon company and in Ecom Express site 15 Feb 2022.
On 16, 17 and 18 customer executive of Ecom Express spoke that they will deliver my parcel within 24 hours. Same sentence repeated several times daily whenever I call.
The Order no. is[protected] and AWB no. [protected] still not received. For this order I already took no. of follow ups via call to Ecom Express office and Al Masnoon office also.
I wish to state that--
1) I was available at my office on 18-Feb-2022. The delivery boy never came or never called me.
2) When I called followed by PIN number received through sms), the delivery person never ever picked up my call.
3) Then I called the Ecom Express customer care, they always say simply one line in next 24 hours we deliver your parcel.
Ecom express is very unethical and unprofessional in customer service. They never called me or never visited my residence and still marked that the product could not be delivered as the customer is not available even though I was fully available at my address. Was this information helpful? |
