Hello sir/madam,

I have received my order today, which is faulty and not working fine

Bought bluetooth speaker
Sound is not at all proper
Only one side of the speaker is working
Omething broken in side it.

I have paid 2000 for this, please help in replacing this one.

I need to return this product, please let me know the procedure. Request replacement for the same.
