Ecom Express — Delay in delivery and incorrect updates

My product has not been delivered for more than 5 days now. As per ecom's website, the product has reached delivery center on 23rd. I received "out for delivery" messages for three days continuously but the product was not delivered. The delivery boy contacted me on 24th and said he will deliver it the next day without stating any reason. But he has updated the status as "customer not available" for all 3 days that the delivery was supposedly attempted. When I try contacting using the number and pin given in the "out for delivery" messages, nobody answers. When I contacted customer service, they accepted their mistake and said it will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours but nothing has happened so far.
