Ecom Express — Delay in delivery and wrong updates

Actually my order delivery was on 28th Jan. I got otps for 3 days continuously but didt get a call from delivery person or any other. But I received the message as address unlocatable. I had ordered many items to the same address but never faced that issue. Here the delivery person did not even make a call to me even if the address was wrong. And at present my order is OFD lock.
The order is very important to me. Kindly release that and get deliver to me asap.
