I ordered a cotton mattress from Shopee on 1st March, at Ecom office the delivery came
on 5th March but they did not delivered my order, I was supposed to get my delivery on 7th March, 2022 but then as the days passes I got frustrated and contacted Ecom customer care and filed lots of complaints regarding my issues, then after few days local Ecom delivery service guy called me and said your order will be delivered my tomorrow and on the next day he did not call me and updated 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, on 11th March, he sent a message at 4.10pm stating your order is out for delivery and just after 9minutes at 4.19pm they updated that delivery attempt is unsuccessful, how could he even reach at my delivery place within 9 minutes, I don't live very near to Ecom office, if that would have been the case then i would my picked up my delivery without troubling Ecom customer care services. Then after 11th March they keep on updating wrong delivery remarks and today it's 15th March, and today when I called Ecom customer care service they told me that your order has now put on ofd lock and now you have to contact your shop provider from where you have ordered, I called there and they removed my ofd lock but still I don't think my order gonna delivered to me soon or i guess never. I request to please take his into your high consideration because I have been calling Ecom consumer care since 9th March, I even filed lots of cases but nothing is happening. So I request to please help me out. I really started hating Ecom express.
