i book diwali giftfrom snap deal for my family but its not yet deliver
I have purchase mobile in Flip kart and they have send via Ecom Express courier.

Status was stucked up at one point time, no proper update. There are no office telephone number provided to public

which would ease for customer to contact them delivery person directly and receive the item in easy way.

Finally, I got contact number of the delivery by writing email to customer care and contacted him.

The response from courier person is very careless and whenever I call on his number (Reply I got from him as

saying that he will be reaching my address in 1hr) which was not happened.


**Flipkart is getting associated with these kind of irresponsible courier companies and losing their reputation.

Totally, dissatisfied with courier company & person too.

I Ordered item from Flipkart and shipped through Ecom Express. When i try to call them, They are not picking the calls

. There is no local Bangalore office number as well. It is such a dissapointing serive and poor business ethics.

Ecommerce gaints like flipkart using this kind of cheap third party couriers is really unfortunate. This will directly or indirectly affect their business.
I ordered a D-link router from Snap deal on 12th Oct 2014, my first and probably will be my last.The expected delivery date was Oct 20 2014.As per the tracking service provided by Ecom Express, the product is still in their Delhi Hub.I wonder when and whether the delivery will happen.I have even mailed about the delay both to Snap deal and Ecom and haven't received any response.

But till now no update is available on the tracking site. Last update is on 21 Oct, 2014, 10:48 hrs (Shipment connected to Jaipur-JAH (Bag No.[protected] But no response now..
This company is a joke. Ordered a computer accessory on shopclue, Ecom express was suppose to delivery it to me by 18th October 2014 and now its 27th Oct 2014 and yet not received my product. Not receving the product is one thing I have to face horrible customer service. Specially by Anjali (cust Rep) she was very rude and had promised that her supervisor was gonna call me in half an hour on 21st Oct, which never happened.

This is horrible company to do business with I hope all online retailers should blacklist this particular courier as it is no good and gives customer a hard time.

Hi, I am from Hyderabad and I have ordered two products with tracking numbers[protected] and[protected] on 19th Oct. The delivery date has been crossed. None of the customer care numbers are reachable. Worst courier service I have ever seen.

I ordered two products from snapdeal. Ecom express Way Bill number[protected] and[protected]
The expected delivery date was 21th Oct, Then it changed to 27th Oct. After that it changed to 31st Oct.
The product is not delivered yet even after 27th Oct. Now the status is showing as "Undelivered. we purchase items online not only for reasonable price but also for a specific purpose.In my case i ordered two items one for Birth day gift and another one to use in Diwali, now both occasions are over.I know i will received those items one day, but what for??? In future i will never buy a item from Snap Deal whose logistic service is given to Ecom Express. Final request to you if you are realy doing serious business you must correct your business.

Courier partner Ecom Express on 21st Oct 14, But till 28th it is laying at Hub Dheli Hub, Have enqired with Customer care They said that No space in the Cargo Flait to deliver it we will deliver it on 1st Nov 14 .
