Ecom Express — Delay in delivery of my order AWB [protected] | |
Hi, I have a parcel that was scheduled for delivery on 9th october 2021 with AWB number: [protected] The delivery person never called me or came to my place. I was available the whole day in my house on 9th october 2021 but no one contacted me. Still I cn see the update in the tracking site for the courier as delivery attempted but residential premise was closed. It is a complete lie and they are putting fake update without even trying to attempt the delivery or contact the recipient. Even the status today i.e.10th oct 2021 is out for delivery but even it didn't got delivered to me today as well and no one bothered to contact me on my phone.
