[Resolved] Ecom Express — delay in delivery of product | |||||
I had ordered desktop inspiron 3268 desktop with order no.[protected] and shipment no.[protected]. I had contacted your carrier 'ecom express' regarding the delivery, they said they will be delivering my product on saturday, i waited the complete day for receiving the product, but yet it is monday and yet i haven't received my product. I would like to know the status of the product and if it is not going to be delivered by today then i don't want this product and i need a refund instead. Was this information helpful? | |||||
