Ecom Express — Delay in online order Shipping

I have not received my order . As it says under shipping policy order will be delivered in 6-7 days . And it's been 10+days and I have not received yet. The order contains book and I have exams on 22 October 2021 and I need urgently those books otherwise I will fail . Please deliver it to me before 19 October, 2021 it's an urgent request plz shipped my order . As fast as you can do it before 19 October 21 . Please I am requesting you
