[Resolved] Ecom Express — Delay in Order AWB [protected] | |||
I ordered medicines from https://www.schwabeindia.com/ and they have shipped the product on 04 August 2021 through Ecom express. From August 11th the status was shows as "out for delivery" but did not get delivered. When i called customer care the agent told me some internal issues are going on and hence the order is delayed but until now the product is not yet delivered. For the past few days from August 14th the status shows "Shipment un-delivered" and no call received from delivery agent so far. I also called customer care and asked for the nearby delivery center and they gave me the address as Ground floor no.15 Pallavan Lane Anbazhagan Nagar 4th street TVK nagar Chennai 600011. but when i went there, I came to know the Ecom express delivery center has been moved from there. So they don't even have updated information about their delivery centers. At this point I'm totally helpless. I also informed Schwabe India about the delay since I ordered the medicines from them. I hope the delivery agent contacts me soon.. Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to your query regarding the AWB number, the said shipment is currently out for delivery and the delivery person may coordinate with you before his visit.
