Ecom Express — Delay in pickup orders and orders get cancelled

I am e-commerce vendor send goods to customers. my location is Chengalpattu When I schedule a order no one comes to pickup and I call them to pickup the orders. The manager says there is no one in the office all resigned from the office and I working alone. After repeated follow up they come after 3 to 4 days and pickup the order. Due to delayed service most of the order get cancelled. Even after repeated complaint there is no resolution. First Flipkart stop giving order to ecom express then Paytm now shopee. Worst logistics ever seen. If you see any order shipping through Ecom express then definitely you can confirm it won't deliver or deliver in time. I don't know when this will get resolved.

Updated by saswaraj [protected] this is one of the order where no one came for pickup and marked pickup attempt unsuccessful. Then the order got cancelled automatically after some days due do delay in handover. Worst logistics
