Ecom Express — Delay in services | |||
I have opened a bank account on NiyoX bank(Partnered with Equitas). And I have scheduled a KYC on 25th May 2021. KYC partner is ECOM Express. On 25th the ECOM Express called me and said that he will not come on that he will come on the next day. And again on 26th May, he had done the same thing. He is doing this every day since the 25th of May, 2021. Today is 28th May, today also he called me and told me the same thing that he will come today, he will come tomorrow. I am quite sure that he will do the same thing tomorrow. So, now I am very much frustrated. My KYC should be done by today or 29th May for sure.
