Ecom Express — Delay of delivery of ordered parcel

I have not received my parcel yet, inspite of being texted everyday about days delivery with the pin code.but I am not been called.and in the tracking record it shows customer not available.wherein I am available all the time at my delivery address.but I am not being called to receive it.i just want the deliverty of the parcel as soon as possible.i am in need of that.
