Ecom Express — delay of return of an item to amazon

I have returned a defective item (Handynab nulife pistontype vcompreesor nebulizer) through ecom office erumely. They picked the item on 22/07/2020. The tracking id is[protected]. As per the tracking information the item is connected to kochi - kcp. But the item is not yet sent to the destination. What is the reason of delay
