Ecom Express — Delay on delivery of shipment

Ecom express waybill no [protected]

The shipment reached sultanpur - stn delivery center on 28th june, 2020 but is not delivered till 1st july, 2020, the time i am writing this complaint.

The shipment is very urgent and the ecom express customer care is not able to provide any solution till now. I have repeatedly called their customer care but they are not giving any kind of written assurance about the delivery of the shipment. They have only one answer -"please wait."

Extremely disappointed and pathetic service by ecom express.

I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible.
